Elisabeth provides a calm, perceptive and grounding presence in her work as a postpartum doula. She values personal connection and is committed to prioritizing her clients well-being so they can move through the fourth trimester feeling seen and fully supported. She prepares nourishing meals, honors time for rest and acknowledges the profound energy it takes to care for an infant. She encourages her clients to listen to their mind/body responses and to stay rooted in their innate wisdom as they navigate new relationships with themselves, with each other and with their baby. The postpartum space offers an opportunity to slow down and receive, allowing room for uncertainty, vulnerability, magic and growth. Elisabeth reminds families to be gentle with this unique transformation, knowing that a familiar rhythm will take shape as time unfolds.

Elisabeth grew up in NYC and now lives in the Hudson Valley. Before taking on postpartum clients full time she spent five years as a birth doula supporting families at home and in the hospital. In addition to being a doula, Elisabeth paints for MQuan Ceramics while also maintaining a personal illustration practice of her own. Some of her most joyful moments are spent hiking along rivers, listening to music and preparing meals at home with friends.
