1 Initial call or meeting free of charge to connect and learn about each other.
2 Prenatal visits: These visits are meant to support you and your partner as you prepare for your baby to arrive. It's a time for us to get to know each other as well as a time for me to learn how I can best support you.

On call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks
Continuous support during labor and birth
1 Postpartum visit: This is a time for us to come together and discuss your birth experience as well as your first couple days/weeks as a new parent/parents.
During our time together we can discuss your birth preferences and expectations as well as any concerns or fears that you feel comfortable sharing with me. I'm here to answer any non medical questions that arise for you or your partner regarding your pregnancy and birth. We can review pain management techniques and labor positions as well as anything you've learned in your childbirth education classes. All questions are welcome!
All the information you share with me is completely confidential. I am here to listen in an open, non judgmental space.
